Support Specialist – OperationsAs a Support Specialist in TicketCo, I work to ensure that our customers are able to use our platform effectively, and I help with any incoming queries and questions they may have. I am also responsible for setting up and testing our AI support solution which helps us to maximise efficiency and respond to our customers and our end users quickly.
My previous experience is within customer service roles, and I love chatting and getting to know our organisers. Outside of work, I love playing computer games, and used to play competitively.
