I am a trained ticket industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the market and a background in IT. I specialise in IT solutions and support for ticketing as well as business intelligence reporting solutions.

Over the last ten years, my main focus has been project and operations management, as well as hardware and software projects for various partners including international and state owned organisations. In my free time, you'll find me in my kayak doing some spear fishing, or working on various home DIY projects!
