Support Specialist – Operations and SupportI have a background and interest in all things technical! My previous experience is within the music industry, as a stage and backline technician, and also within IT Support at Capgemini. I flourish in environments where my tasks are based on resolving issues, and building and testing different solutions.
At TicketCo, my responsibilities include helping our customers with any technical queries they may have, maintaining hardware and rentals and testing new solutions in our platform. When I'm not at work, I am usually exploring the history and culture of Norway or rocking out at a black metal concert.
