Head of Customer Success – Customer SuccessI am responsible for ensuring that our customers and organisers achieve their business outcomes and continuously gain value with the TicketCo platform. I also carry out strategic and tactical follow-ups, such as Business Reviews, with organisers in my portfolio.
Previously I have worked mainly in customer service roles, and studied Scandinavian Studies and Spanish at the University of Edinburgh. Outside of work, I love all things crafty and creative including painting, quilting, baking and I also enjoy Zumba classes at the gym!
