Customer Success Manager – Customer SuccessAs a Customer Success Manager at TicketCo, I am responsible for the onboarding of new customers, assisting my portfolio clients with reaching their ticketing goals and ensuring our customers utilise the platform to its full potential. My favourite part of the job is building lasting relationships with organisers as we always learn so much from them!
Previously I have worked in both customer service, events management, hospitality and nightlife. I studied at both Middlesex University in London and Brighton University.
