As a Customer Success Manager at TicketCo, I ensure that our new customers are set up for success during onboarding, existing customers are guided on a path towards their ticketing goals, and that all customers are utilising our platform to suit their needs best.
My focus is ensuring our customers gain value from the TicketCo platform as their business develops by providing dynamic solutions for success in times of business growth.
Previously, I have worked in Operations and HR in the hospitality sector and hold a degree in Geography from the University of Liverpool. Outside of work, I have a passion for sports, climate, and physics, and I will often delve deeper into these topics with a good book!
