We are now looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager based out of Stockholm, Sweden who wants to work with ambitious sports organisations, drive commercial impact, and grow their career in a fast-scaling SaaS company.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional “support” CSM role.
You will own a portfolio of exciting Swedish sports clients and be responsible for driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term value creation. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor: helping customers increase ticket sales, optimise usage of our platform, and unlock new revenue streams.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing and have real commercial responsibility from day one. For the right person, this role offers strong growth opportunities into senior CS, commercial, or leadership roles.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Growth
Own the commercial relationship with your customer portfolio.
Drive renewals and contract extensions.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Increase platform usage and transaction volume.
Proactively reduce churn and increase Net Revenue Retention.
Generate referrals and expansion opportunities for the Sales team.
Strategic Customer Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to customers - understanding their business goals, ticketing strategy, and growth ambitions.
Conduct structured business reviews focused on performance, revenue drivers, and optimisation opportunities.
Develop account plans aligned with each customer’s lifecycle stage.
Onboarding, implementation, and adoption according to our Customer Journey framework.
Performance & Insights
Track account health, identify churn risk, and implement mitigation strategies.
Use data and analytics to identify growth levers.
Translate customer insights and usage patterns into actionable feedback for Product.
Contribute to customer engagement and revenue activation campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support Sales in late-stage processes with product expertise and commercial insight.
Partner internally to ensure customers integrate TicketCo into their core operations.
Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
Who You Are
Passionate about sports and technology.
Commercially minded - you care about growth, revenue, and measurable outcomes.
Experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Consulting, etc.).
Strong communicator who can build trust and influence decision-makers.
Comfortable discussing commercial topics such as revenue optimisation and contract value.
Analytical and structured in your approach.
Self-driven and comfortable managing multiple customers simultaneously.
Curious, ambitious, and motivated to grow with the company.
Fluent in Swedish and comfortable working in Norwegian and English.
Experience from SaaS, sports, events, ticketing, or recurring/transaction-based business models is a strong advantage, but not a requirement.
